Request data or account deletion

Track My Pesa users can request deletion of their account and associated personal financial data, or request deletion of eligible personal data without closing their account. You can submit a request even if you no longer have access to the app.

We will verify that you own the account before processing the request. Certain records may be retained where required by law, for security, or to resolve disputes; we will explain any exceptions. You can also delete your account directly after signing in under Settings → Delete account.
